"Marcel [Tusch] has called Cologne home for years, but I [Marcus Terrell] only just moved here. I’d always heard about the Christmas Markets and how the city transforms in winter — and coming from LA, that feeling of real snow and Christmas magic was something I’d never known. When I came to Marcel with the idea for this song and the lyrics, he immediately understood what I was feeling, and together we turned it into something special. “Snowing in Cologne” is our wish for that wonder, and our thank you to this city for letting us feel it together."

TUSCH
Marcus Terrell has made Cologne his new home. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Linguistics, then received his MFA from theActors Studio Drama School in New York City. After graduating, he joined the national tour of Broadway’s Book of Mormon. Smith moved to Los Angeles, where he diversified his talents as an actor on TV/Film and continued his work in theater as a musical theater writer. He now works as professional singer-songwriter.
Marcel Tusch is a Cologne based musician, pianist, composer, teacher and producer. He studied jazz piano at the Conservatorium in Maastricht (NL) and at the University of the Arts in Essen (DE); classical piano and jazz drums as second subject. As a member of different bands and projects he played many concerts/shows and some sheet music and album releases came up over the years. He founded the MusikFaktur Cologne in 2016 as a free music school and creative space.
